Customer Testimonials
Here are a few kind words from some of our customers over the years:

Malc

What a great job and as you can see it looks

Many thanks

Dear Malcolm,
I have previously bought 2 of your wonderful stoves......I just love them....I hope someday I can have one in every room. I bought a green Monopole #116 and a green Express by Deville. I just want to say, I love them and your crating was excellent. And the business arrangement went perfect.....I know I was a little hesitant about sending a large sum of money to another country.......but, as it turns out, everything went well and you represented the facts (merchandise, pricing, shipping, etc.) perfectly. And now I am in the process of buying another. Thank you for being in business and offering this service to people like me.
Sincerely,
Joette San Francisco USA

Dear Malc, Just a brief note to let you know that Marianna has settled into her home here in Gloucester and we are very pleased with her.  Despite my doubts about the colour she looks fine.  I'll try and attach a photo so that you can see her in situ, back in a 1930's environment.  You are most welcome to use the photo and give my details for recommendation of a very satisfied customer. We had a pleasant trip down to Fareham and it was a pleasure to meet your charming parents.  If you are visiting your family in the Forest of Dean, please do not hesitate to call in and see her. Dear Malc,Voici deux photos du Non-Pareil bleu que je vous ai acheté.Je l'ai installé et Je l'ai essayé pour la premiere fois ce matin. Il chauffe très bien, mais le tirage est un peu difficile à regler... Amicalment JEAN-FRANCOIS Strasbourg, France

Dear Malc Here are two photos of the blue le non pareil that I bought from you. I have installed it and I tried it for the first time this morning. It heats very well but the draw is a little difficult to control. With friendship JEAN-FRANCOIS)Strasbourg, France

Glad I was able to complete our business before this fear made it a challenge in how to send money to Great Britain. I love looking at the pictures of the stove knowing it's waiting for me in Idaho until

I get to go back next summer. Best wishes.  And again, thank you so much for all the time, work and effort you take in finding, restoring, and finding new homes for these amazing jewels.

Hi Malc, We just wanted to confirm that the Stove has been delivered, and unscathed from the ordeals of transportation It looks absolutely fantastic, you have done a lovely job restoring it It won't be installed until March when we do the kitchen, but then the Deville will be the centerpiece. I'll send you some pictures in the spring, Cheers, and many thanks

Malcolm, We have arrived home with our Pied - Selle Brevette  --- bottle green enamel, no problems getting it here to Welwyn Garden We have placed it on the black granite hearth slab outside the chimney breast - it'll work great. Pass on our thanks to Bob and Bronwyn please - for their patience, and advice, and to Bob for helping to lift the stove into the car and tie it down. Please can you send on the adaptor and flue bend as discussed by phone on Saturday - I've been told to have it all installed and operating well before Christmas. Best Wishes, Ken and Jill McMaster Welwyn Garden UK

Hi Malc,

Just to let you know that the stove has arrived safely and it looks lovely and feels solid! With all the new parts, it just shows me now how rotten the stove was which is a bit scary as we were using it now and again. We finally got the stove put back together and installed. It’s so nice to have it back, and working more efficiently I’m sure.  This year, I am looking forward to the winter! Thank you again for all your work, and giving us a stove that will keep us warm for many years yet,If for any reason you are up in this wind swept corner, you are most welcome to pop in for a heat, Thank you again and all the best, Liz Wilson Aberdeenshire UK
