This is an immaculate, superb deco stove by the well known and highly respected firm Godin. It dates from sometime about the late 1920's to just before the war. We have managed to reference it in our 1935 catalogue. It is in a deep brown enamel, and there are many signs that this stove has had very little use in its time. I can only describe its condition as excellent! The chrome work is in excellent condition. There is absolutely no damage to the enamel or to the cast iron at all. It comes complete with its original Godin tool. The stove is vented on three sides which allows a very good heat dissipation. Lift the enamel lid and there's a hotplate that can be used for cooking. Open the inner lid and drop logs of up to 30cms (15¾”). The condition is absolutely splendid, and the colour is excellent. The firebox, riddler and ash box are all in good working condition and ready to use. Please note that the mica viewing windows in the door are in excellent condition . This is indeed a good example of an original Art Deco stove that can heat your home and keep your food warm at the same time! The dimensions are:
