Ideale Standard Art Deco style multi-fuel stove

|
This is a stove in the Art Deco style from the 1940/50's manufactured by Ideale Standard. The colour is a rich high gloss dark brown enamel. It is in superb condition and the enamel is very good order. It burns wood, coal or coke making it a very versatile stove. Fuel is loaded from the top. Simply lift the enamel lid and then the second lid to the firebox and pop in the coal or wood. The construction is of heavy cast iron, and it is quite a lump. It is in full functioning order and the firebox, grate and riddler are all in excellent condition. It is in good condition and has unusual charm. There are one or two chips to the enamel but nothing that detracts from the charm of this lovely stove. This stove will burn for around nine hours with anthracite. This is a beautiful compact Art Deco style stove and these photos do not really do it justice. The dimensions are: 63cms H (24¾”) x 32cms D (12½”) x 30ms D (11¾”) and the flue size is 9.7cms (3¾”) 34cms (13½”) from the floor
